This policy explains what limited personal data WIN-WIN MARKETING A/S collects through this website, why, and the rights you have. We are the data controller. We keep data collection to a minimum and never sell it.

02 What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. Our contact form prepares an email in your own mail app containing your name, company, email, phone (if given), selected service, indicative budget (if given) and message. Nothing from the form is stored on this website. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence to answer you.
03 Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, only if you tick the optional box, to send occasional marketing updates. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
04 Cookies & local storage
We use only essential items: a session cookie (PHPSESSID) that remembers your chosen language during your visit and expires when you close the browser; a local-storage value (ww-theme) that remembers light or dark mode; and a local-storage value (ww-consent) that remembers you have seen the cookie notice. We use no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
05 Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers strictly needed to run our business (for example our email host), under contract, and where the law requires it. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA for this website.
06 How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting work, and to meet Danish bookkeeping requirements where relevant. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
07 Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). To exercise any right, email info@marketingwinwin.com.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The “last updated” date above always shows the current version.
