Brand & identity

A brand is what people can recall about you without looking it up. We build the positioning, the name, the visual system and the language, then write it all down so your own team can keep it consistent long after we hand it over.

Who this is for

  • Businesses whose identity grew by accident and no longer matches what they sell
  • Companies merging, splitting or entering a new market segment
  • Organisations whose materials look different in every channel
  • Founders naming a new company, product or service line

What you receive

  • Positioning statement, audience definition and messaging hierarchy
  • Name and name-availability check where naming is in scope
  • Primary logo plus responsive and single-colour variants, in vector and web formats
  • Colour system with accessible contrast pairings, type system and licences
  • Tone-of-voice guide with real written examples, not adjectives
  • Core templates: business card, letterhead, presentation, social and ad formats
  • Written brand guidelines (PDF) covering usage, spacing, misuse and file naming
  • Full source files and originals, handed over as your property
How it runs

From first meeting to delivery

01

Discovery

Interviews with your team, a look at your market and an audit of the materials in use today.

02

Positioning

We agree in writing what the brand stands for, who it is for and how it will be described — before anything is drawn.

03

Design

Two or three distinct routes, presented with rationale. One is chosen and refined; the others are not quietly recycled later.

04

Systemise and hand over

Templates, guidelines and source files, plus a working session so your team can use them.

Engagement facts

Timeline, price, reporting and who does the work

Indicative timeline
Typically six to twelve weeks from kick-off to hand-over, depending on how many people approve and whether naming is in scope. The written quotation states the dates we commit to.
Pricing approach
Fixed price against a written scope. We do not publish a rate card, because a logo refresh and a full identity with naming are not comparable pieces of work. You get a written price, a payment schedule and the change-order terms before anything starts — see our Terms of Service.
Reporting
Scheduled presentations at each stage with written rationale, plus a running decision log so you can see why each choice was made.
Who does the work
Our in-house strategy and design team in Herning. If a specialist — an illustrator, a photographer, a translator — is needed, they are named in the quotation before they start.

What this service does not include

Stated up front so a quotation never contains a surprise. Anything below can be added as separate, separately priced scope.

  • Trademark registration and legal clearance (we will point you to a trademark attorney)
  • Printing, signage manufacture and installation, which we can manage as separate scope
  • Photography and film production, priced under Content & production
  • Website design and build, priced under Digital & web
