Strategy & media planning

A plan that says where the money goes, why it goes there and how you will know whether it worked. Written down, costed, and honest about what the budget can and cannot achieve.

Who this is for

  • Businesses setting or defending an annual marketing budget
  • Companies spread across too many channels to run any of them well
  • Advertisers entering a new region or a new customer segment
  • Boards that want the marketing plan in writing with numbers attached

What you receive

  • Market, competitor and current-activity review
  • Audience definition with the evidence behind it, not assumptions
  • Channel plan with budget split and the reasoning for each allocation
  • Annual or campaign media plan with rates, timing and deadlines
  • Booking and buying, with net rates shown
  • Measurement framework: what is counted, how, and what counts as success
  • Quarterly review and reforecast
  • Written recommendations for what to stop doing, not only what to start
How it runs

From first meeting to delivery

01

Review

Where you spend now, what it returns, and what your market is doing. Written findings.

02

Define

Audience, objective and success measure agreed in writing before any channel is chosen.

03

Plan

Channel split, budget, timing and rates in one document, with the reasoning per line.

04

Buy and review

We book, then review against the plan quarterly and reforecast openly.

Engagement facts

Timeline, price, reporting and who does the work

Indicative timeline
Three to six weeks for a full strategy and annual plan. A single-campaign media plan usually takes one to two weeks.
Pricing approach
Strategy is a fixed project fee. Media buying is either a transparent planning-and-buying fee or a stated commission — you are told which applies and how much it is before a single booking is made.
Reporting
A quarterly review against the plan: what was booked, what it cost, what it delivered and what we are changing. Every figure is sourced.
Who does the work
Strategy and media planning in-house in Herning, with the group's local and regional media contacts available for buying.
